…owcount allow-lists Add the HANA branch to the test-helper dispatch so soda-tests can target the new soda-hana adapter via TEST_DATASOURCE=hana. Include HANA in the test_drop_old_schema CI cleanup list, and add it to the rowcount allow-list in test_query_result_iterator (hdbcli's streaming iterator returns -1 before the first fetch).
