🚀 New Workbooks: Executive & Detailed Performance Analysis Dashboards

📘 Overview

This PR introduces two enterprise-grade Azure Monitor Workbooks designed for:

  • Production performance diagnosis
  • Failure pattern analysis
  • Latency baseline comparison
  • Dependency-level investigation
  • Executive reporting

These workbooks are already open-sourced and documented in my public repo (Including the screenshot):

1. Executive Performance & Failure Analysis

  • Response time anomalies
  • Request-level filtering

2. Detailed Performance & Failure Analysis

Key features:

  • Operation traffic
  • Failure analysis
  • Exception trends
  • Dependency breakdown
  • Percentile latency charts (p50/p95/p99)
  • Operation-specific drilldowns

✅ Validation

  • JSON templates validated using Azure Portal Advanced Editor
  • Tested against multiple Application Insights instances
  • Fully parameterized and environment-agnostic using {YOUR-*} placeholders
  • No sensitive data included
