Summary

Adds HypaV3 preset to the Loadout system. Previously, saving/loading a Loadout only captured Bot Preset, Persona, Modules, and Global Variables — the active HypaV3 preset was not included. Users who switch between different HypaV3 configurations per character or use case had to manually re-select the preset each time.

• Capture current HypaV3 preset name in makeLoadout
• Added 'hypaV3Preset' to LoadoutApplyOption union and default apply list
• Apply logic: name-based findIndex on hypaV3Presets, matching the existing Bot Preset pattern

src/lib/Others/LoadoutModal.svelte

• Added hypaV3Preset toggle to the Load options bar
• Display HypaV3 preset name in loadout card subtitle
