Ehcache and shiro-web artifacts now require the jakarta classifier to ensure the Jakarta EE variant is used instead of the legacy javax version. Jackson JAX-RS artifacts have been renamed from javax to jakarta namespace: jackson-jaxrs-base to jackson-jakarta-rs-base and jackson-jaxrs-json-provider to jackson-jakarta-rs-json-provider.
- match with jetty 11 - match with jakarta namespace - use `org.wirework` groupId instead of `com.github.tomakehurst`. However, the import/FQN still the same.

Commits are self explanatory. Furthermore, various CI actions/ get updated to latest version, but matrix's
refstill userefs/heads/java2x(because master branch still use stable Java 11 we use so far)I'm asking PR manually because this will be the first milestone of
