This patch adds a flag '-stream' to the sample.lua script which allows
users to disable buffering of sampled text. If set to 1, sampled output
will be printed character by character.

This patch takes the sampled text streaming from pull request #8 by @maraoz and wraps it behind an optional
-streamflag. If set to 1 (default value: 0), sampled text is printed character by character, rather than being buffered into a string and printed in one shot. The default behaviour ofstream.luais unaffected.
