Hello, Updated the manifest with description, changelog, and screenshot paths. I also updated the source repo screenshots and README so the catalog bundler validates successfully. The app itself uses vertical orientation, but the screenshots were rotated to landscape because the catalog bundler only accepts landscape screenshots. Validated locally with: |

Two modes:
Built and tested with ufbt on official firmware.
