In packages that run vitest run --coverage (for example this package, plus primitives and wdk), this bumps Vitest to 4.1.0 while leaving @vitest/coverage-v8 at ^4.0.18; the updated lockfile records that provider's peer dependency as exactly vitest: 4.0.18, so coverage runs now install/use a mismatched coverage provider against Vitest 4.1.0. Please bump @vitest/coverage-v8 to the matching 4.1.0 wherever Vitest is updated.
