limit 999 contacts

Hi, tell me please, is it a temporary limitation or not?

Get the 'Size must be smaller then 999' error message on Android.
(Picked up 1700 contacts successfully on iPhone.)
Is there a workaround for this?

Also hitting this, can't even batch around it. Please let us know if there is an intent to fix?

I tried the multiple promise version of that resolving into a Promise.all(). Was still having issues, but I'll loop back to test waiting on each batch. I'll update when I get the chance.

@UkRedi What you posted isn't working for me.
I definitely feel like this should be marked as a bug. If I try to batch using batched promises, I continue to get SQLite exceptions (either "expression tree is too large max depth 1000 , or similar, where android is evidently trying to evaluate SQL queries that are much too large). Still not finding a reliable way to fetch contacts off of an android device w/ more than 1000 contacts.
For testing, Lorem Contacts works well to quickly generate thousands of contacts. As @UkRedi posted, I'm only trying to get names and PNs.
