Topology files need to include support for default values #128
Currently the values for mixers are not really defined, they can come from firmware or driver. Ideally we'd want to have a priority order such as (less-important to more important):
a. firmware defaults
b. topology defaults (which currently don't seem to exist - probably a miss)
c. user changes
