Description:
Currently, the "Submit a Project" buttons are not working. Clicking them does not trigger any UI response.
Actual Behavior:
When a user clicks on any "Submit a Project" button, nothing happens. It does not redirect to a new URL, nor does it open a modal/pop-up form.
Expected Behavior:
Clicking the button should either redirect the user to a dedicated submission page or open a pop-up form allowing them to submit their Air framework projects.
