Не удается установить API

[type2017]

Здравствуйте,

Не получается установить openprocurement.api на сервер под Ubuntu Linux 16.04

# bin/python setup.py install
...

по ссылке https://pypi.python.org/simple/barbecue/ 404-я ошибка

[type2017]

установил в /opt/openprocurement.api barbecue:
# git clone https://github.com/openprocurement/barbecue.git
# bin/python barbecue/setup.py install
Закоментировал в setup.py:
...
requires = [
# 'barbecue',
'chaussette',
...
запустил установку, все установилось
все равно не может найти barbecue

# bin/chaussette paste:openprocurement.api.ini
...
ImportError: No module named barbecue
