cannot download any file on nc23 server

Steps to reproduce

1. connect the app to a nc23 server
2. try to view or download any file

Expected behaviour

the app should sync / download the file, then put the little green icon on it when it is synced

Actual behaviour

the "syncing" icon appears on the file icon, but then it just disappear and nothing else happen

multiple, but at least 15

fairphone 6, samsung s6 lite, others
