File does not get uploaded: Waiting to upload - log says "local file not exists"

Steps to reproduce

I don't know how to trigger this problem - it just happened.

Expected behaviour

All files get uploaded automatically without errors

Actual behaviour

Nextcloud's "Uploads" view shows two files with status "Waiting to upload" ("Warte auf Hochladen").
Pausing and resuming upload does not help.

Stopping the Nextcloud app (via the System's app settings > Stop) and starting it again does not help.

Other files apart from the two ones did get uploaded.

Despite the "Waiting to upload" status, the adb logs say

UploadFileOperation: Upload cancelled for /storage/emulated/0/DCIM/Camera/PXL_20260518_183605988.jpg: local file not exists.

and

UploadErrorNotificationManager: handle upload result with result code: LOCAL_FILE_NOT_FOUND

The problem is the disconnect between the UI showing "waiting to upload" instead of "local file not found".
