[Bug][VS Code] Editing Package Name Fails in AppxManifest Editor

When you have a Package appxmanifest open:

1. Put cursor in Package Name editbox
2. You can type additional characters
3. You can select the whole thing and overtype new e.g. select text, hit 1, then 2,3,4,...
4. But if you select what's in the editbox and paste text overwriting the value ...BOOM the editor says it can't parse
5. Same happens if you Reopen..., put the cursor at the end of the text and paste when "123" is in the clipboard
