Add basic built-in markdown yaml frontmatter/preamble rendering support

With more and more content using yaml preambles/frontmatter in markdown, let's add basics rendering support for this built-in

This would basically be taking my https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=bierner.markdown-yaml-preamble extension and making it part of core VS Code
