Unable to connect to lakehouse sql analytics endpoint or to any other warehouse in fabric using the extension and Micorosft Entra ID MFA.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get SQL Analytics endpoint string from Fabric + Database name (it's usually the lakehouse name)
  2. Add connection on SQL Server extension
  3. Paste the sqn analytics endpont to 'server name' and the lakehouse/Db to 'database name'
  4. Set authentication type to "Microsoft Entra ID - Universal with MFA support"
  5. Specify you microsoft account
  6. Encrypt = 'Mandatory'
  7. Click "Test Connection" or "Connect"

as an alternative, use the "Browse Fabric" under "Input Type" to select the same lakehouse under same workspace.
