@mssql prompts hang then give an error as follows:

Steps to Reproduce

Enter a prompt to connect e.g. @mssql /connect my_database, a 'Connected to' message appears indication connection succeeded. Then enter a prompt to create a query from a description of the required outputs, parameters and tables involved.
