[Bug]: Closing (saving) the code analysis settings steals terminal focus to "output" panel

Description

When I save the code analysis settings dialog it switches the lower panel to the output view.

I have terminal up 99% of the time, and output isn't particularly useful.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open the terminal in VS Code
2. . open code analysis settings
3. make a change
4. click OK
