The recent changes increased the timeout from 30ms to 2000ms and we still see intermittent failures in these cell language test cases. @minestarks and @billti should we keep these or turn them off? I think the specific "cell language is Q#" and "cell language is Python" checks aren't critical and could be removed without losing much.
