Wslservice.exe leaks memory and threads

Repro Steps

Run software unattended in WSL for a week.
Look at wslservice commit size. See it is 1160444 K Look at Threads number. See it is 23309

Expected Behavior

It should not leak memory.

Before compression it was 68.2 MB
