Image compression & upload pipeline

What we want is,

downloading the org image
compressing image
renaming image
uploading image to cloudflare r2

issue: gsoc 2026 org images are currently fetched directly form the gsoc api. we need to get these done for the project.

Also, subissue : #13

What i would like is,

someone creates a folder named images
and in that 2 subfolders
one of which has all the tech-stack icons
second one has the 2026 icons.

Also, to make sure this image processing pipeline is working.
