Support CIDs

Currently, the URL must be in the form ipld://hex. It would be nice to support actual CIDs as well. maybe dweb://ipld/CID (and then dweb://ipns/ID)?

Related to magik6k's comment on dweb URLs -- this would probably require symlinking the helper as git-remote-dweb.
