"Use WSL 2 based engine" option not found under Settings > General

Description

In the steps to turn on Docker Desktop WSL 2, step 5 says the following:

5. From the General tab, select Use WSL 2 based engine.

This setting does not exist under the General tab on my system. I am using Docker Desktop 4.75.0 on a Windows 11 laptop.

Suggestion

For me, the option that worked was located under "Resources > WSL integration > Enable integration with my default WSL distro." If that is the correct option, the tutorial could be updated to reflect that.

Hi @gnpivo this is expected as your system supports WSL 2 already so the setting is turned on by default and is no longer visible. The setting in the resources section is targeting a different thing. I'll clarify this in the docs
