my lost password mail is empty

I forgot my acc password and cant recover it because the reset password mail is empty . what should i do

If you have access to the database, you can change it there.
Just make sure to select the correct encryption and just do it :)

@bertjug If you're using Chamilo 1.11 and you have write access to the server files, you can temporarily add one line in the main/inc/local.inc.php file to let you login with any password. Do you have file access?
