Feature request: Global hotkey to add task

I would love an (ideally configureable) global hotkey to add a task even when the app isn't focused

Ooh that's a great idea. The local API and/or todometer:// protocol could make this particularly simple as a separate extension, but I like the idea of building it in, too!
