List of plugins we want to create

Should we use the wiki to create a list of potential functionality plugins? This might encourage more people to get involved.

I'd love that - one of the hardest things for me to do in downtime is come up with ideas, the implementation on the other hand is a snap.

So I'd like to create the list and then try and find plugins that already exist that solve problems on that list. This might help us identify problems that haven't been solved as efficiently as they could be.
