Releases 0.14.1 and 0.14.2 print wrong version 0.14.0

I guess you cannot fix this for 0.14.1 but I want to make you aware of it for the next release.

I have a déjà vu. I wonder whether the release process can't be automated in a way that this never happens again.

As some inspiration for @pombredanne, the ORT's release process it's the push of the Git tag that triggers the automated release process. That way git describe or similar will never get the wrong version, as the tag is guaranteed to be there.
