Implement scroll to top when switching pages in withPagination OnyxDatagrid feature

Why?

From the support chat:

Hi, regarding the OnyxDataGrid, there is a way to reset vertical scroll position after page changing ?
Example : PlayGround

( If I scroll down to bottom, and I change page, the scroll stay at bottom )

Acceptance criteria

• When switching the page the datagrid scrollcontainer scrolls to the top
