Allow disabling of NavItems in Navbar

Description

When i have a Navbar with some NavItems in it and i set a NavItem to disabled it looks like it is disabled, but the clicking on it still works and directs you to the page the NavItem is for. This should not happen i guess.

If you hover on the disabled one you still see the target where it redirects you and if you click on it it still works (even with redirection in playground not fully working as expected). Even on the latest 1.12 preview Version in the Playground this happens.

Hey @lucas-g08, thanks for the report! The OnyxNavItem does not support a disabled property :) You can see a list of available properties here: https://storybook.onyx.schwarz/?path=/docs/navigation-navbar-modules-navitem--docs

Especially for links (<a> tag), HTML does not support to disable them.

If you need this feature, could you please share your use case for this?

Hey, right now there was the idea to make the application navigation disabled instead of hiding it when the user is logged out, so i tried it with disabled. I dont know if thats a feature more people would use. It also was just an idea on our side.
