Comportamiento actual

The Learning Page contains hardcoded URLs for various resources, such as:

• Python documentation (current version, previous versions, and development version).
• University notes and projects.

Additionally, some of the links appear to be broken or outdated. For instance:

• https://sites.google.com/site/fiuba7540rw/
• https://sites.google.com/site/fiuba7540rw/home/apunte_7540.pdf
• https://sites.google.com/site/fiuba7540rw/home/ejercicios.pdf

Comportamiento esperado

• All urls must be fetched dynamically to avoid hardcoding
• Broken links should be reviewed and updated or removed if they are no longer available.
