Switch to tonel in gs_master branch messes up stone upgrading

I think. Trying to upgrade a 3.6.4 stone to 3.6.8 and the prepareGsDevKitImage.topaz script it failing because the 3.6.8 metacello load process cannot find BaselineOfNeoJSON. I sent an email to the GLASS list.

If you change the spec for NeoJSON in the BaselineOfZincHTTPComponents to point to the filetree directory and not the repository directory then you get a

ERROR 2710 , a MetacelloConflictingProjectError occurred (error 2710), Load Conflict between existing BaselineOfNeoJSON [baseline] from github://GsDevKit/NeoJSON:gs_master/repository and BaselineOfNeoJSON [baseline] from github://GsDevKit/NeoJSON:gs_master/filetree

error when the upgrade script attempts loading NeoJSON... Not sure how to fix that.

The reference to NeoJSON was updated in GsDevKit/zinc@e139d38. Can you confirm which version of Zinc was loading during the upgrade?

No I don't know how as it hasn't finished loading But I found other problems and am making a pull request in both the zinc and glassdb/glass projects.

OK so it doesn't really matter which version of Zinc was loaded - I mean I'm willing to believe that your change to the zinc baseline fixed it for zinc. But I have NeoJSON specified in other Baselines and so for all of those its broken. I'll change em. Not sure why the backwards incompatible change was made (and also why there's no tonel format support in GS as a compatability package at this point in time) but here we are.

Part of the issue here is that NeoJSON was updated. I don't recall what specific commit was used before the changes were merged. I don't seem to have an easy way of finding out. The upstream project converted to tonel format. [1] The /filetree subpath was added to ensure loads depended up on filetree have a method of doing so. It comes at the cost of references needing to be updated though.

Tonel support is available in Rowan but it was not backported to Metacello. A filetree repository is still required for these projects because of that.
